Use of Services

Our services are provided for individuals seeking American Heart Association (AHA) recertification for ACLS, BLS, PALS, or a combination of these courses.


You agree to use this site and its features only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.


Course Requirements

By registering for an AHA recertification course, you understand and agree that:

• You must complete and upload the required forms.

• You must schedule your class date using the scheduling link provided after submission.

• You must complete payment in full before receiving study materials or exam documents.

• You must attend the full class session to receive your AHA eCard.

• Failure to complete any required step may result in delays or inability to issue your certification.


Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider.
All payments must be completed before exam materials are issued.

Refund policy:

• Payments are generally non-refundable once study materials or exams have been delivered.

• Rescheduling may be available upon request, depending on class capacity.

• Refund requests for emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Scheduling Policies

Class availability is limited to a maximum of 6 students per day.
Scheduling is first-come, first-served.

You are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct date

• Ensuring your availability

• Notifying us promptly if a change is needed

Late arrivals or no-shows may require rescheduling and may incur additional fees.


Submission of Materials

You agree that:

• Forms and exam answer sheets must be clear, legible, and complete.

• Incorrect, incomplete, or unreadable submissions may delay your certification.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are submitted on time.


Issuance of AHA eCards

AHA eCards are issued only after:

• Form submission

• Exam completion

• Class attendance

• Instructor verification

• Payment received

• Submission to the AHA training center

Processing times may vary based on training center turnaround.


User Accounts and Communication

When you provide your contact information, you agree to receive:

• Course instructions

• Scheduling reminders

• Payment notifications

• Required AHA documentation

• Certification updates

You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.


Limitation of Liability

AHA Recerts is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incomplete submissions

• Technical issues related to uploads, emails, or third-party platforms

• Decisions made by the AHA training center

• Employer reimbursement policies

Your use of this service is at your own discretion.


Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Falsify information on roster forms or exams

• Share exam materials with others

• Attempt to bypass payment or scheduling procedures

• Interfere with the operation of this site or its services

• Use the site for any unauthorized or illegal purpose

Violation of these rules may result in refusal of service or cancellation of certification processing.
